If you are working with clients that do not like to go to the gym, encourage them to take a walk after each meal. You do not have to be in a fasted stated to get a benefit from your walk workout. If you want to get the most of your workout, stay fasted until after you are done working out which means, go for a walk and then eat breakfast.
You can still get the benefits of a fasted walk if you drink a cup of coffee and then wait an hour to go on a walk. The caffeine from the coffee will not be there anymore but you will have the psychological happiness of having had "something" before going to the gym or on your walk.
