Don't Scare Men - Health Coaching and Information - Sharing Information with Male Clients
I've been sharing the research from the Crazy Eight Detox with a friend as I go through the POC and he is now a bit stressed about his health. I realized that by sharing the information all at once, my friend was not able to get used to the idea that his body might be full of toxic chemicals from years of eating preservatives.
The chemicals in our bodies are happily stored in a layer of fat and do not budge unless forced to by exercise or dieting. Letting male patients know about the process is important. Sharing information weekly with seems to be better than providing them with all the data at once.
I have not seen this same reaction from the women in the POC so I'm working on for Crazy Eight Detox and wondering how to share data with men. Are you sharing data with men and women in the same way?
It appears that women are more likely to share negative information than men and that they cope wiht negative information better. Does this mean that men will avoid sharing negative information so they don't have to hear it? Men and women both have no issue sharing positive news.
