One Routine Cycle at a Time | Cue | End of the Day |

Routine Cues can be the time of day, a location, an emotional state, a person, body signals or a thought.  For wellness and health coaches, we can use these type of cues to add positive wellness routines into a person's day.

For this week, we are adding a time of day cue with music to signal the end of the day and time to start an evening routine.  We are incorporating NEAT into the evening routine to burn additional calories to keep our bodies in a calorie deficit during a health and wellness detox.

We are using an alarm notification on our phone for this first day cue.  We have been using a morning music cue for more than a year for our morning alarm that starts our morning routine.   

Pick a ringtone that represents the end of a successful day and add it to an evening alarm.
